Position Overview:



  • The Director of Digital/Tech Recruiting will spearhead the strategy and execution of talent acquisition for our digital and technology teams.

  • This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-growth technical environments, adept at leading recruiting teams, and aligning hiring practices with unique culture and values.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier digital and tech talent, aligning with growth objectives.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters; foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and partnerships.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs, providing insights and recommendations to drive hiring decisions.

  • Direct Recruitment Execution: Personally engage and recruit top digital and tech talent for ensuring alignment with brand culture and technical requirements.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting brand and values.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate slates and unbiased hiring practices.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7-10+ years of experience in digital/tech recruiting.

  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team of recruiters.

  • Demonstrated success in high-growth environments, scaling recruiting operations effectively.

  • Strong understanding of digital and technology roles, market trends, and sourcing strategies.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Alignment with culture, values, and commitment to wellness and mindfulness.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in the fashion, wellness, or lifestyle industries.

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
