Senior Data Integration Architect - W2 Basis

Title: Senior Data Integration Architect Location: 5 days onsite in Downtown Houston Duration: 6+ month contract

Summary:
This role involves designing and implementing a robust data strategy that integrates data from diverse SaaS sources into a unified, accessible format. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across multiple systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including DataOps, Data Science, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
-- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data architectures
-- Creating and managing data models optimized for large-scale processing and storage
-- Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and business users
-- Leading data architecture discussions
-- Ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards
-- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
-- Operates with minimal supervision and supports a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Top 3-5 must haves:
-- 2+ years of experience with version control systems like Git, Azure, GitHub is required.
-- 3-5 years of experience modeling data from multiple SaaS endpoints is required.
-- 3-5 years of experience supporting SQL or NoSQL database systems is required.
-- 3-5 years of experience with cloud data technology: Google Big Query is required.
-- 3-5 years of experience with data modeling techniques and related tools is required.
-- 3-5 years of related experience is required.
