Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Vue-based frontend applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Utilize your extensive experience with Vue 3, demonstrating proficiency in Composition API and advanced Vue concepts.
- Implement and manage global state management solutions like Pinia to streamline data flow across applications.
- Showcase your mastery of raw CSS skills, without reliance on frameworks like Tailwind or Material in favor of handcrafted, efficient CSS solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CSS layout techniques, including flexbox and grid, to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Leverage newer CSS features such as custom properties to enhance maintainability and reusability of styles.
- Utilize advanced TypeScript features, including TypeScript generics, to ensure type safety and enhance code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the frontend development process, championing best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lead-level individual contributor role within a digital finance or related industry.
- Extensive expertise with Vue 3, including in-depth knowledge of Composition API.
- Strong familiarity with global state management solutions like Pinia.
- Demonstrated proficiency in raw CSS skills, with a preference for custom solutions over reliance on frameworks.
- Thorough understanding of CSS layout techniques, including flex and grid.
- Experience leveraging newer CSS features like custom properties for enhanced styling capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, including TypeScript generics and other advanced features.
