Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills across both business and technical teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Create clear business process diagrams, data rules, and functional documentation.

  • Review, re-engineer, and support the development of IT solutions that enhance business process automation and efficiency.

  • Partner with business management during walkthroughs, interviews, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Deliver high-quality documentation and analysis that demonstrates a strong understanding of business needs and technical capabilities.




Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in P&C insurance claims.

  • GUIDEWIRE CLAIMS

  • Strong understanding of Agile and iterative methodologies, with working knowledge of both SDLC and PMLC processes.

  • Proven ability to create structured deliverables that bridge business requirements and software functionality.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
