Role : Campaign Operations specialist

Location : 100% remote

Experience : 12+ years required

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to present data in a clear and concise manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and finance, to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and communication.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
