Ideal candidate should work onsite 5 days a week
The SAP GRC Analyst will support SAP GRC Access & Process Control and S/4HANA security management in a diverse SAP Enterprise Application environment. The analyst will also provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and implementing changes to support evolving business processes.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP GRC projects, enhancements, and provisioning across ERP environments.
- Configure and maintain SAP GRC tools (Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control, IAG).
- Provision and manage user accounts/access to SAP systems per policy.
- Design, configure, and maintain roles, authorizations, and access within S/4HANA.
- Generate reports and conduct audits to monitor SAP security & ITcontrols (including SoD management).
- Investigate and resolve GRC-related issues; provide timely support.
- Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and role designs.
- Collaborate with IT, business users, and auditors to align security requirements and best practices.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7 10 years of hands-on industry experience in SAP GRC AC and PC implementation/administration.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including Fiori authorizations in cloud (SAP RISE).
- Proficiency in SAP security tools and configurations.
