Job Details

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver critical Microsoft security migration initiatives. This is a hands-on, subject matter expert (SME) role focused on technical execution rather than people management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft security solutions and a proven track record of managing complex cybersecurity projects successfully. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration from: Proofpoint to Microsoft Email Security CrowdStrike to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Server Implement and configure Microsoft Sentinel as the new Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. Identify security gaps and recommend effective remediation strategies. Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements. Conduct risk assessments and security audits. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and leadership. Provide regular status updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: 710 years of cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on Microsoft security technologies. Proven experience successfully delivering Microsoft security migration projects. In-depth knowledge of: Microsoft P2 Security Suite Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Server Microsoft Sentinel Endpoint Security best practices Network Device Monitoring Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data protection regulations. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred Certificati ons: Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional certifications. Education: Bachelors Degree
