Fund Development Assistant for Non-profit Organization
Are you an administrative professional who wants to help people in need? Our client, a well-known and highly respected non-profit organization, is looking to bring on board a Fund Development Assistant on a contract basis. In this position you will play the vital role of assisting with the various fundraising programs and activities.
Our client, based in the north Los Angeles area (near Glendale & Pasadena), is one of the State s largest and most-respected non-profit organizations helping individuals and families in need. This organization provides for a supportive, friendly, family-type work environment. The leadership of this organization will take the time to help you grow your skill set and career.
Location: North Los Angeles (near Glendale & Pasadena)

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the CRM system for:
Daily donation batches from multiple digital files
Data entry and donor record management
Pulling and analyzing reports for fundraising insights
Craft and mail thank-you letters based on database reports
Support implementation of fundraising programs
Perform administrative fund development tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent written communication skills
Working knowledge of fundraising programs is a plus, but not a must
Proficiency in RENXT is a plus but not a must
