About the Role:
Collaborate Solutions Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the New England region. We're looking for a motivated professional with strong local connections and a passion for building client relationships in the IT & staffing space.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking, cold calls, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with local clients and hiring managers
Visit clients in person to understand needs and offer tailored staffing solutions
Track sales activities and stay informed on market trends
Represent the company at local events and meetups
Requirements:
1+ year in sales, business development, or staffing
Strong local business network in CT, RI, MA, and NH
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Willing to travel regularly for client visits
Self-motivated and organized
Valid driver s license and transportation
Preferred:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
