Are you an experienced OneStream Application Specialist who thrives in designing and optimizing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions? Join our team to play a critical role in managing, enhancing, and supporting OneStream applications, empowering our organization with sophisticated financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical solutions.

Role Overview

As a OneStream Application Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the OneStream CPM platform. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop custom solutions, integrations, and workflows that optimize financial operations and increase insights into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Configuration: Administer the OneStream application, including security setup, workflow and process configuration, and cube architecture.
• Solution Design: Develop and implement custom OneStream solutions (business rules, dashboards, reports, data cube configurations) to meet specific organizational needs.
• Financial Processes: Support financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other CPM processes using OneStream functionality.
• Optimization: Continuously improve platform configuration and processes for enhanced application performance and user experience.
• Data Integration: Manage data integrations with ERP systems, flat files, external databases, and other financial applications to ensure seamless workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, resolve, and document user-reported issues and technical challenges related to OneStream.
• User Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on OneStream functionalities and create detailed technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and other teams to understand requirements and recommend effective CPM solutions.
• Stay Current with OneStream Updates: Monitor enhancements and updates offered by OneStream, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience withOneStream CPMincluding administration, implementation, and design.
• Proven experience supporting finance teams with reporting and consolidation processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in OneStream Platform including configuration, business rules, workflows, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and other financial systems.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems, metadata management, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical skills for troubleshooting and designing efficient CPM solutions.
• Communication: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: OneStream certification or prior experience in a consulting capacity is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with other CPM platforms such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or IBM Cognos TM1 is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud-based integrations and SaaS offerings related to finance solutions.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
