Role Summary
The Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between clients, business objectives, and technical teams for the TickTrade trading platform. The role focuses on gathering and translating client requirements into functional software solutions, supporting the full product lifecycle from analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for TickTrade clients
• Work closely with clients, developers, QA, and architects to define, build, test, and deliver platform features
• Produce detailed documentation such as business cases, requirements, process flows, use cases, test plans, and user guides
• Support system implementation, functional testing, log analysis, and database investigations (SQL)
• Ensure solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and company objectives
• Provide client support throughout the project lifecycle, including occasional production/on-call support
• Facilitate meetings, manage escalations, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
• Contribute to product direction by understanding technical challenges, industry trends, and innovation opportunities

Required Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or systems implementation
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and data/process modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL and system analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience in FX trading workflows, post-trade settlement, and financial systems integration
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and liquidity provider integrations
• Project management and integration experience
