Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce and Agentforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience implementing AI-driven solutions within commercial organizations, specifically in the medical device industry. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, commercial operations, and how AI can enhance productivity, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions within Salesforce and Agentforce platforms to optimize commercial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions that support commercial strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals and compliance standards in the medical device industry.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance AI models, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on AI best practices within Salesforce and Agentforce.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in AI, CRM platforms, or digital transformation, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agentforce.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, including commercial operations, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience designing AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and data governance practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams in the Pacific Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced AI technologies such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, or machine learning applied to commercial operations.
  • Certification in Salesforce or relevant AI tools.
  • Prior experience leading AI initiatives in a commercial organization.
