Job Description :-
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) is essential .
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is often required .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial .
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting is also beneficial .
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends is important .
