Job Details

The IT Business Operations Analyst (Agency) will play a key role in supporting, organizing, and monitoring the business operations of the Industrial Systems IT Leadership Team. This position offers the opportunity to work at the center of a large-scale enterprise technology organization, supporting leadership operations, performance tracking, metrics, and executive communications. The role reports to the IS IT Business Operations Lead within the Enterprise Technology Industrial Systems IT team, which supports global automotive engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in IT Business Operations / IT Operations / PMO / Governance
  • Strong knowledge of metrics, KPIs, reporting, and dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Outlook & Word
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting IT leadership teams and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day IS IT Business Operations activities
  • Develop, consolidate, and maintain monthly metrics, KPIs, and leadership reports in line with corporate standards
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations for operational updates, strategy, roadmap, and organizational performance
  • Support and coordinate IT leadership meetings, bi-weekly strategic reviews, and quarterly leadership offsites
  • Monitor objectives, milestones, and KPIs, identifying risks, issues, and blockers
  • Track and report on key IS IT initiatives using dashboards and analytics
  • Develop, publish, and distribute internal communications to improve visibility of IS IT strategies, roadmaps, and accomplishments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed, global enterprise environment
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups for leadership and strategic forums
