- Provide on-site, client-facing technical support, including installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to verify operational status before deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Escalate issues to appropriate service areas for further testing and resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience providing field support in a hands-on technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
- Experience configuring PCs and notebooks via SCCM imaging.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking.
- Comfortable working with iOS devices.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed.
