Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site, client-facing technical support, including installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify operational status before deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate service areas for further testing and resolution.

Qualifications
  • Experience providing field support in a hands-on technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
  • Experience configuring PCs and notebooks via SCCM imaging.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking.
  • Comfortable working with iOS devices.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed.
