RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Developer in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Power BI service components:
* Scheduled data refreshes
* Workspace organization
* Deployment pipelines
* Publishing and maintaining apps
Design and implement interactive and insightful visualizations:
* KPIs, drilldowns, bookmarks, tooltips, and buttons
* Charts including bar, pie, table, slicers, and more
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful dashboards and reports
* Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across all Power BI solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Power BI service administration
* Strong understanding of data modeling principles
* Proficiency in DAX and Power Query
* Advanced visualization techniques and UI/UX best practices
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports and datasets
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
