Position: Project Manager Intermediate:: 9066
Client: State of South Carolina DES (Bureau of Water)
Location: Remote (Candidate must live within a 6-hour radius of Columbia, SC)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Education:
- Master s degree in Hydrology, Geology, or Geological Engineering with 1 year of related experience OR
- Bachelor s degree in Hydrology, Geology, or Geological Engineering with 2 years of related experience
- Completion of ePermitting Power User training
- Hands-on experience with ePermitting or equivalent electronic government permitting systems (Windsor Solutions)
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years performing hydrogeological reviews and evaluations
- Experience with groundwater monitoring, land application sites, and hydrogeologic investigations
- Strong background in database management and geospatial software
- Expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering results aligned with organizational objectives
