Job: Senior Office 365 Administrator Power Automate & Copilot Studio Contract- 6-12+ months and could convert permanent in the future. Can t provide sponsorship now or in the future Start date & Location Hybrid - Boston, MA

This person will take over all Office 365 like users have Exchange question, MS Word, Power Automate, MS teams. MS Office tools (Sharepoint, Power Automate Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) should be throughout resume as this person s Admin responsibilities6+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong experience Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access policies.
Able to script and automate using PowerShell
Experience using Microsoft Copilot (AI)

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, SC-300).
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption strategies.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., Jira, Freshservice).
Experience supporting citizen developer communities and training initiatives.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Office 365 Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Microsoft 365 environment with a strong emphasis on Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role will be instrumental in driving automation, enhancing collaboration, and supporting AI-powered productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance tools.
Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Support the deployment and governance of Copilot Studio agents and integrations across departments.
Collaborate with business units and citizen developers to build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Monitor system performance, usage analytics, and security compliance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Power Platform Admin Center.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Office 365-related incidents and service requests.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for internal stakeholders.
Participate in governance planning, including environment strategy, data loss prevention, and lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, licensing changes, and emerging AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access policies.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
