Job Description:
Role: Sourcing Analyst
Duration: 6mo+
Location: Mostly remote, must be located in Salisbury/Charlotte, NC location
Top 3 Must-haves:
5+ yrs experience with IT sourcing & contracts experience Ability to redline SOWs Self-Starter mentality
Top requirements:
1. Experience with RFPs (creating, publishing, scoring, presenting, awarding etc.
2. Experience working with different hardware or software vendors along with renewals
3. Experience sourcing and contracting multiple software solutions to include perpetual licensing and Software as a Service (SaaS) along with negotiating these contracts
4. Experience with reviewing and redlining SOWs
5.Needs to know verbiage from legals perspective - terms & conditions
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
90% of their time will be creating RFPs, reviewing SOWs and monitoring the process to bring new HW/SW or Consulting Vendors onboard and keep track of current ones. The other 10% of this person's time will be spent on admin work or reaching out to new vendors if they have to. They will also be negotiating contracts and handling the paperwork and process.
