Job Description/ Responsibilities
Responsible for on-going product currency and maintenance insuring it operates in an optimized manner. Possess and maintain a working knowledge of the product within the Travelers mainframe ecosystem. Support incident response and change implementation as needed. Work within a team setting offering product knowledge expertise as required
