Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Financials Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting core Oracle Financial applications. The candidate will work as an individual contributor, interact with business stakeholders, and provide application development and L3 production support.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support Oracle Financial applications
- Work on Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA)
- Analyze business requirements and deliver solutions within project timelines
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code
- Support application deployments and production releases
- Provide application management and L3 support
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and ETL development
- Troubleshoot issues and prepare technical documentation
- Support batch processing and scheduling activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in system analysis, software design, and development
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications development
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata, and ETL processes
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials in a corporate environment
- Strong accounting and financial domain knowledge
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud Fusion
- Hands-on experience with Oracle BIP and OBIEE
- Experience working with large relational databases
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
- Knowledge of full SDLC (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Production Support)
- Experience with Autosys or similar batch processing tools
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
