Job Description:
- Solid experience(8+ years) on IVR technologies and AVAYA (Preferred is Nuance)
- Extensive Experience in Java development and Orchestrator Designer Tool (Mandatory).
- Working experience on Unix/Linux administration.
- Working experience on database (Oracle or Mysql or Postgres). Should be able to write complex queries.
- Good understanding on tools like.
- Bitbucket.
- Eclipse.
- Jenkins.
- jira.
- Good Experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review.
- Should have good troubleshooting & analysis skill.
