JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Manage all aspects of assigned projects in US Commercial Operations Compliance, from start to finish, on time and within budget. Assist in performing US Commercial Operations Compliance essential tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As needed, assist in performing US Commercial Operations Compliance essential tasks, such as: review of orders for product samples and no charge product; inventory reconciliation; activities related to US professional services contract development and monitoring; and compliance periodic monitoring and audit support, amongst others
Provide compliance direction, coaching or training to internal personnel and third-party vendor personnel
Execute US Commercial Operations Compliance projects, specifically in the areas of US product samples and no charge product, US Professional Services, and US Marketing operations processes
Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.
Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.
Prepare work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors.
Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete.
Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree, with a strong preference for a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of position-related experience.
- Prefer experience in Sales Operations, Operations Project Management, Business Excellence, or compliance roles. Experience with compliance auditing and reporting mechanisms is a plus.
- Excellent skills with software application knowledge, such as: Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio
