Job Details

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for hydraulics, automation, and cutting-edge manufacturing technology? We're looking for an Industrial Systems Technician to help drive our client's evolving production operations forward. In this role, you'll keep equipment running smoothly, support new technology rollouts, and play a key part in advancing automation across our client's facility.



Schedule: 1st shift

Pay Rate: $31 - $38/hr.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic and automated systems.

  • Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to integrate new machinery and technology.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.

  • Assist with operator training on new systems and processes.

  • Document all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.


Qualifications:


  • 2 years of prior experience as a system tech, hydraulic tech, related field in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, schematics, and mechanical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and automated control systems.

  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
