Manufacturing - Lead Domain Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant (Treasury Domain) for Manufacturing Process & Domain Consulting Group.

As a Lead Consultant, part of Process & Domain Consulting (Manufacturing vertical) will drive consulting led client engagements while working closely with Infosys senior delivery managers, client engagement managers and sales teams. Need to own the domain/business thread of a large IT program ensuring that the solution meets/exceeds client expectations. Experience of working on client assignments, typically large digital transformation, or AMS programs, as an individual contributor or as a domain leader. Candidate must engage with client business and IT teams, and internal Infosys stakeholders throughout the phases of an IT program from planning through solutioning and implementing. Define business/process models considering Industry best practices for Treasury relating Operations, functionals solutions and developing the relevant digital capabilities. Work closely with treasury professionals, risk managers to understand their needs and provide qualitative support to respective stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in domain consulting along with industry experience.
• U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.
• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Hands on experience in end-end implementation viz. Concept to Pilot, Pilot to market rollouts and maintenance of corporate treasury solutions for one or more clients, In any of the following solution stacks
• Finacle Treasury, FIS Treasury, Quantum Treasury etc. Sound understanding of Forex, Risk Management, Debts Covenants and Derivatives markets. Understanding and complying with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Relevant experience as a domain/business consultant or business analyst OR an industry practitioner. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding to interpret customer current and business needs. Translate them into IT application /operating system and Functional Processes requirements.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and drive discussions with senior customer executives, business users, and IT team members.
• Good exposure and understanding in Corporate Treasury Functions including capability in building and analyzing Cash & Liquidity Forecasting Model, Forex, and relevant aspect relating to capital market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fairly good understanding towards Cash Management, Middle-Office Operations, Forex & Banking,
  Financial Reporting, Compliance & Risk Management, and cash planning.
• Experience as an industry/market analyst focused on the above segments is also valid.
• Ability to collaborate with teams located across different geographies and time zones. Familiarity with IT and software development project lifecycle
• 1-2 years experience in Sales or sales support role.
• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
