Job Details
Title: Digital Procurement / Sourcing Specialist
Duration: 12 Months CTH
Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite (5 days)/ Potential for hybrid/2 days WFH schedule once resources pass 3 months)
We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Digital Procurement Specialists to join our team. The role involves performing administrative tasks to support our digital procurement operations, including managing group inbox emails, assisting with support calls, monitoring ServiceNow tickets, processing Ship To requests, and assisting with Coupa system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group Inbox Management: Handle incoming emails in the group inbox by assigning them to the appropriate individuals or groups for resolution.
- Support Calls: Provide assistance with support calls, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- ServiceNow Ticket Monitoring: Monitor ServiceNow tickets, track their progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ship To Requests: Process and coordinate shipments to the correct destinations.
- Coupa System Administration: Manage user access and permissions, configure system settings and workflows, perform data imports and exports, monitor system status, and perform troubleshooting.
