Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience as a DB2 DBA, with at least 8 years focused on LUW platforms (Linux/Unix/Windows).
- Deep expertise in DB2 architecture, performance tuning, and internals.
- Advanced knowledge of database security, auditing, and compliance standards.
- Experience working in 24/7 production environments with large-scale databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Certified Database Administrator DB2 LUW.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code for DB deployment.
- Experience supporting regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) is a plus.
