Job Description:
SAP GTS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements, convert requirements to functional and technical specifications, design cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements and participate in new technology evaluations
2. Perform and document software application configuration andor coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and follow established processes and guidelines.
3. Oversee execution of multiple projects , managing a team of GTS consultants , provide technical guidance , workload management of the team and assessing budgets vs actual spend for the projects.
4. Managing intake of new requirements from business to perform assessment , high level design, project sizing and estimation

Education and Experience

Must Have

1. 8-10 years SAP configuration experience in Global trade services (GTS) minimum, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations
2. Project Management Experience of running multiple projects , managing a team of GTS consultants , assessing budgets vs actual spend.
3. Managing intake of new requirements from business to perform assessment , high level design, project sizing and estimation.
4. Experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving Global trade services (GTS) Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management and integration points with SAP ERP.
5. Solid knowledge of Global trade services (GTS) customs Declaration document and associated forms like commercial invoice.
6. Experience using US Automated export system (AES) filing using Global trade services (GTS) and filing through Broker Interface.
7. Experience to perform configuration and enhancements in Sales and distribution (SD) Billing, Pricing and billing copy control in SAP ECC.
8. Knowledge in all areas of the Order to Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing and warehouse management.
9. Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing and executing test plans
10. Analytical team player, able to learn quickly, can prioritize and multi-task
11. Strong English verbal and written skills
12. Strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverables to closure
13. Self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverables, able to work independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of working with Data Analytics collaborate with Hadoop and Tableau to prepare various dashboards. Prepare Functional Specification, Participate in design and testing of Hadoop Tables and Tableau Dashboards
2. Experience with SAP Security Functions
3. Experience supporting SAP Technical Upgrades
4. Working on/developing custom Interfaces
5. Knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities e.g. Opportunities, Contracts , Service Case
6. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integrationwithSAPGTS
