Location: Austin, TX (On-site)

Duration: Long Term Contract

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
8	Required	Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
8	Required	Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
8	Required	Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
8	Required	Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
4	Required	(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
2	Required	(at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
4	Required	Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
2	Required	Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
2	Required	Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
2	Required	Experience with SharePoint
1	Required	Experience with Jira
1	Required	Experience working with the Scrum framework
1	Required	Experience with STAT
