Viar is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Workforce Management Solution Architect to support a major Utilities client in their multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is focused on Workforce Management modules including SuccessFactors EC Payroll. The ideal candidate will serve as a techno-functional liaison between the business and implementation teams, helping shape realistic and effective solutions without direct configuration or integration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational needs into feasible SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Provide deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, especially SAP Warehouse Management and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
- Collaborate with business units to define realistic solution expectations and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities.
- Interface with client teams to guide decision-making and validate solution designs.
- Support the program team by bridging functional and technical perspectives, ensuring business goals are met.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation activities.
- Offer insights into Utilities industry best practices and how they align with SAP S/4HANA functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP experience, focused on WMF.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Deep understanding of Utilities industry processes and how they map to SAP.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, advising on feasibility and solution fit.
Experience in large-scale, multi-year SAP transformation programs.
