We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect w/ Mulesoft experience to join our team and play a key role in maturing our architecture practice and supporting high-impact integration initiatives, particularly within a major Workday implementation.

This individual will be responsible for designing scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications and data platforms. The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in solutions architecture, a deep understanding of system integrations, and a proactive mindset for standardizing design patterns and enhancing architectural maturity.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Architect and implement integration solutions across data, application, and process flow domains.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and document integrations between Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, .NET, Azure, and Snowflake.
  • Utilize enterprise architecture tools (preferably BizDesign) to model, document, and communicate architecture strategies.
  • Standardize and document reusable design patterns and technical integration artifacts.
  • Support discovery and design phases through August, followed by configuration and development leading into year-end delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive integration alignment and ensure architectural consistency and governance.
  • Provide architectural input to improve the maturity and scalability of integration solutions across the organization.



Required Skills & Experience:


  • 7+ years in solutions or integration architecture roles
  • Strong experience with Mulesoft this is a must-have
  • Proven track record with API integration patterns, API Gateway, and Azure Functions
  • Background in enterprise systems integration, including cloud and legacy technologies
  • Experience designing across data and application integration paths
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture modeling languages and tooling (Bizzdesign, ArchiMate, Mega, etc.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior Workday integration experience
  • Cloud Architect certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience driving architectural maturity across large, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on solution delivery



Additional Details:


  • Contract Term: 3 6 months (initial)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week preferred)
  • Travel: Minimal (up to 1 week/month as needed)
