Overview
Your Role will be responsible for the project management of our Physical Security technology global change program. You will work with the Physical Security leadership team within the Chief Security Office's Chief Technology Office. The role involves high level planning, coordination and execution of complex, cross functional project aimed at standardizing, optimizing and/or transforming physical security programs, policies, technologies and process at a global scale.

- Program Management - Direct and manage large-scale change initiatives related to physical security, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, compliance standards and risk management frameworks
- Change Management - Design and implement project management frameworks for change management activities which support adoption of new physical and information security policies, systems or procedures across regions
- Project Governance - Define program scope, objectives, milestones and success metrics, manage risk, budgets and timelines across multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Policy and Standardization - lead the development and global roll-out of design standards, physical security policies, incident response protocols and governance models
- Performance & Compliance - engage with junior PMO team across Physical Security to report on key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Chief Security Office (CSO) Chief Technology Office (CTO) Physical Security leadership team on technology roadmap and investment governance programs
- Collaborate with CSO CTO leadership and PMO Office providing updates on change programs
- Engage with regional physical and information security leaders, facilities, legal, compliance and external vendors to collect and document business requirements and
- Expertise in managing global, multi-year programs with high complexity and visibility
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate global corporate environment and cultural differences
- Ability to see the big picture while managing tactical execution across regions
- Certified in Agile project delivery methodology with proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools
- Ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintaining change program objectives
- Foster a collaborative environment and encourage cross-functional learning and accountability
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and complex organization dynamics will remaining focused and solution-oriented
- Ability to draft compelling narratives around initiatives, risk and outcomes for non-technical audiences
- Building consensus from diverse stakeholders across regions and functions
