MUST HAVES:

  1. 7 10+ years in Data Analytics Development
  2. Hands-on experience with tag management systems:
  3. AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch), GTM, Tealium, etc.
  4. Implementation, debugging, testing, system planning
  5. Strong background in Adobe Analytics and Tag Management Architecture
  6. Proficiency in Adobe AEP, CJA, CDP implementations
  7. Ownership of tagging solutions across platforms
  8. Familiarity with event-driven analytics (e.g., EDDL, AdobeDataLayer)
  9. Knowledge of tag governance processes
  10. This role is in the data marketing group, collaborating with sales and other internal department/teams
  11. Strong business acumen
  12. Skilled in gathering requirements and integrating Adobe tools with other applications

JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a highly skilled Digital Tagging and Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be integral to managing our digital data collection infrastructure, implementing advanced tracking solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with tag management platforms like AEP Data Collection (formerly called Adobe Launch), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Tealium, Analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics, CJA, CDP, Google Analytics, and possess a solid foundation in JavaScript and front-end development.

  • Develop and maintain tagging solutions across platforms using AEP Data Collection, and potentially GTM, or other tag management tools
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of tag deployments to ensure data accuracy and performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain data integrity
  • Develop and manage tag properties and rules for multiple domains using AEP Data Collection
  • Efficiently manage and publish workflows involving multiple libraries in AEP Data Collection
  • Design and execute data collection strategies and tagging standards that support scalable, consistent, and efficient data capture across web assets
  • Work closely with front-end developers, UX, and product teams to align on data layer and EDDL requirements for websites and web event tracking to ensure optimal data collection
  • Enforce best practices in data collection, including adherence to privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Partner with business analysts and product owners to provide a best-in-class customer experience
