Title: SAP FICA PSCD Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Rate: $90/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA PSCD Consultant to support the design and implementation of a risk management application for a government client in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) and Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PSCD), with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICA/PSCD modules.

  • Support the development of a risk management platform, integrating SAP components with analytics and visualization tools.

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and define system specifications.

  • Provide expertise in UX design principles for SAP applications (mobile, web, and desktop).

  • Advise stakeholders on future-state architecture, helping reduce cost and complexity.

  • Leverage Agile methodologies for timely delivery of mission-critical projects.

  • Drive insights through data mining, machine learning, and visualization tools for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICA and PSCD.

  • Deep knowledge of SAP Collections, Disbursements, and Revenue Management processes.

  • Strong background in risk management, especially in property claim services.

  • Experience with UX/UI design and enterprise application delivery.

  • Proficiency with data analytics tools, machine learning frameworks, and BI reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
