Job Details
A financial trading firm is looking for a Principal IAM Engineer. You'll work hands on to design and implement IAM Security policies and solutions that align with the company's objectives. You'll be responsible for working across multiple teams to deploy IAM solutions, develop processes for reviews, and ensure appropriate access levels are granted across the organization. Due to the industry, candidates must have experience working in highly regulated spaces, and have worked with complex IAM and PAM environments.
Ideal candidates have extensive experience building out IAM and PAM infrastructure, as well as implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, LDAP, and more. As well as experience with various platforms such as Active Directory, EntraID, Okta, Duo, or Ping Identity.
This role is remote hybrid in Chicago or remote in the Midwest

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ YOE with IAM/PAM engineering
- In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, Kerberos, and LDAP
- Experience with various identity and access management platforms such as AD, EntraID, Okta, Duo, or Ping Identity
- Strong communication skills
- Background in financial spaces or highly regulated industry
- Subject Matter Expert in PAM, Passwordless Authentication, MFA< and JWT solutions
