- Strong programming experience in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and optimization techniques.
- Proven expertise in feature engineering, interpretability, and bias control.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI model fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Understanding of Monte Carlo simulations, stochastic modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Experience implementing data governance, lineage, and version control for analytics pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Domain Expertise (Preferred)
- Knowledge of power markets (PJM, ERCOT, MISO, CAISO) and energy trading instruments (DA/RT markets, FTRs, CRRs, PPAs).
- Understanding of renewables, carbon markets, LMP modeling, and regulatory datasets (FERC, EIA, ISO data).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Operates effectively in high-stakes, time-sensitive trading environments.
