Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications.

Lead test planning efforts and develop detailed test cases and scripts.

Track and manage multiple test efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Design and develop automated test scripts using Tosca to support application testing.

Analyze manual test cases and functional requirements to determine the ideal balance of automation coverage.

Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, design, develop, unit test, debug, and execute automated test cases.

Generate and maintain test reports, documenting results and facilitating review meetings with stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to automate test cases early in the test lifecycle.

Participate in projects of high complexity across various test and development environments.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Tosca-based test automation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on Tosca.

Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA principles, and Agile practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to lead and mentor test teams.
