As a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for equipment re-design while implementing, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing processes and machinery to achieve organizational targets.You'll work hand in hand with Production and Engineering to help improve standards that enable high performing production processes in our facility.

  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.
  • Analyze loss data to identify and implement projects to be executed towards the factory's overall continuous improvement plans.
  • Work hands-on to build technical troubleshooting and process improvement capability within teams.
  • Identify debottlenecking projects, lead v-curve analysis, and conduct balanced line flow studies.
  • Participate in design, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and other factories to create and replicate optimal solutions and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field.
  • 1+ years of project/ process management experience in a manufacturing military or related environment.

OR
  • Associate's degree in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of project/ process management experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000 to $82,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
