Role: Visual Designer Website Redesign Program (Adobe Experience Manager)

Role Overview:
Visual Designers will support the creation of clean, engaging, and accessible UI designs across all PODs in the AEM website redesign program. They will apply visual design principles to wireframes and prototypes to bring the user experience to life, ensuring consistency with brand standards and design systems.
Key Responsibilities: Translate wireframes and concepts into polished UI designs that reflect brand identity and support usability.
Work closely with UX designers, content strategists, and engineers to align visual treatments with functionality.
Ensure visual consistency across components, pages, and templates.
Contribute to and evolve the visual design system used across PODs.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines and visual contrast standards.
Collaborate with the frontend engineering team to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Required Experience & Skills: 2 4 years of experience in visual or UI design for digital platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
Understanding of accessibility and contrast standards (WCAG).
Experience working in Agile teams or component-based design systems is a plus.
