Join a dynamic team as a Product Manager and lead the development of innovative CRM solutions in a hybrid work environment. Utilize your expertise to shape strategic roadmaps and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to create and prioritize strategic roadmaps and manage product backlogs from discovery to launch.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on software, market trends, and customer needs to drive both tactical and strategic projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as design, user research, and engineering to solve complex customer problems and enhance product features.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to shape product requirements, features, and end products.
  • Engage with industry experts to identify R&D opportunities that differentiate the product in the market.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, with a focus on shipping software products.
  • Proven ability to handle complex user scenarios and deliver simple yet powerful user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in defining strategic roadmaps using user research, customer data, and company initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency to work closely with senior engineers and understand technical concepts and trade-offs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics, including understanding their data models.
  • Background in building products for sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and Generative AI technologies.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
