Description: Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on improving the eligibility and enrollment experience across multiple public service programs. This role supports the development and testing of a centralized noticing solution, ensuring high-quality, bug-free software delivery through Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand notice specifications and ensure requirements are testable.
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and reusable scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform system integration, regression, functional, accessibility, and API/service testing using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
- Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and report results to stakeholders.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide root cause analysis.
- Support production issue troubleshooting and retesting of fixes.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent communication with QA leads and project teams to meet testing deadlines.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and documentation throughout the SDLC.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software testing.
- 2+ years of experience in eligibility management or benefits programs.
- Proficiency in testing data formats such as JSON, XML, and HTML.
- Experience with external application integration and data validation.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JAWS, pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, TOAD.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or government domains.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and eligibility systems.
- Exposure to Enterprise Content Management systems like OpenText Exstream or similar.
