Role: Java Engineer (AI/ML, Application Security & Cryptography)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid , 3 days a week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Skills:

  • Java: 2-5 years of experience is required.
  • Application Security and Cryptography: At least 1 year of experience is nice to have.
  • Machine Learning: At least 1 year of experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in AI and Security.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
