Photo Editor/Photo Producer

Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Editor/Photo Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of photo production, from conceptualization to final delivery.
• They will collaborate closely with the photo manager, photographers, designers, and other team members to ensure the highest quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photos to meet quality standards, including color correction, cropping, and image enhancement.
• Photo Production: Manage the end-to-end process of photo shoots, including scheduling, hiring photographers, coordinating locations, and arranging equipment and props.
• Creative Direction: Work closely with photographers and creative team members to develop concepts and execute visual ideas that align with project goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines and quality standards before final delivery.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with photo manager and other team members to integrate visual content seamlessly into projects.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and visual storytelling. Identify the ideal photographers based on location and project.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors to convey project requirements and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a photo editor/photo producer or similar role.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
• Strong understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in photo editing and production.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of photo editing software and techniques.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

Experience:

• Atleast 2+ years of experience.

Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or Capture One.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree is preferred.
