You'll shape the next generation of Airbnb's employee experience by building transformative, intelligent solutions grounded in AI/ML. You'll translate evolving HR service and employee needs into scalable products, stitch together existing tools and data flows, and launch scrappy, high-impact prototypes. You'll help architect a more seamless internal operating system-one that empowers employees and managers, improves clarity, and brings AI from concept to reality inside our core workflow

responsibilities:
The Tools & Technologies Experience (TNT) team is at the heart of Airbnb's digital employee experience transformation. We use technology to bring together strategy, product thinking, business processes, and knowledge management to reimagine how employees engage with work. Our mission is to make internal tools smarter, experiences more personalized, and decisions more data driven. Wherever your expertise sits you'll be part of a collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking team.
qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML-powered tools or platforms
- Experience building or prototyping tools using LLMs, decision systems, prompt frameworks, or automation models
- Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy (e.g., performance, recruiting, planning, or people analytics)
- Track record of translating complex, cross-functional needs into tested and shipped products
skills:
- Utilize data to inform decisions ranging from design to measuring impact
- Scrappy and self-directed-comfortable building in lean environments with ambiguity
- Hands-on with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases-or excited to learn them fast
- Familiar with tech stacks across knowledge management, portfolio planning, HR/People tools
- Collaborative, systems-oriented, and skilled at connecting dots across people, processes, and platforms
- Adept in visual storytelling, from Miro/Figma to slideware, and effective stakeholder comms
- Passionate about Airbnb's mission, shaping the future of work, and the human-AI partnership within it
