The Sanofi US Vaccines Supply Chain Department, under the Global Manufacturing & Supply function, has site responsibility for all facets of Supply Chain including, but not limited to:
  • Operations Planning
  • Product Line Management (Flu, Meninge, RSV, etc.)
  • Material Planning
  • Scheduling & Execution
  • Systems & Data
  • Flow Planning (Dom & Int'l)
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance
  • Warehouse Ops.
  • Logistics Ops.

The Supply Chain Team acts a site support capacity, and works collaboratively with Manufacturing Operations (Biologics, Formulation, Filling, Inspection & Packaging), along with Quality Operations (Quality Control, Batch Release, Product Quality Material Release, Supplier Quality, etc.) In addition, the Supply Chain team has routine interaction with Global Supply Chain colleagues, in support of fulfilling commercial supply plan commitments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform rotational assignments within the Supply Chain teams, to gain a baseline understanding of each representative function.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Leadership Team with department cost-savings initiatives, targeted at reduction of write-off exposure, and process efficiencies.
  • Aid the Supply Chain team with reporting and analysis requests.
  • Attend and complete required department and site training, to obtain process understanding, and access to required systems & data.
  • Candidate will operate safely and compliantly for the term.
  • Support site product launch activities (product line expansion, new product introduction, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, or related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2029.
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or ) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to utilize business systems and tools (Ex. SAP, MS Office Suite, etc.)
