Position: Systems Engineer with DocuSign
Location: Austin, TX - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with DocuSign eSign, CLM or similar contract management platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor relations, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with TxDOT systems and workflows preferred.
- Experience with Active Directory, TxDOTNow ticketing, and CLM integration tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols related to SaaS platforms.
- Ability to lead training sessions and contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives
