Azure Data Lead

Job Description:

Design and develop integration solutions using ADF and Azure Integration services

Implement efficient ETL architectures using ADF and Azure services.

Develop data pipelines for accurate and timely data extraction, transformation, and loading for reporting purposes

Lead and develop Data warehouse and reporting solutions

Create and maintain reporting solutions, including dashboards and visualizations, to enable data-driven decision-making

Optimize data processes and queries for improved reporting performance and timely access to accurate data

Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and finalize the architectures

Lead and collaborate with a team of data engineers to ensure successful ETL and reporting deliverables

Act as a technical lead and provide technical mentorship, reviews and guidance to offshore teams

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure quality delivery

Pro-actively work with Customer managers/technical leads in addressing any bottlenecks or challenges

Lead and collaborate with a team of data engineers to ensure successful ETL and reporting deliverables

Enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Azure, ensuring data integrity and quality

Hands-on experience with various Azure offerings such as App Service Plans, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid/Hub, Application Insights, Azure AD, Key Vault etc.

Azure database offerings such as Azure SQL DB, SQL Managed Instance and Cosmos DB

Strong knowledge in Azure DevOps and creating CI/CD pipelines for automating the build and deployment processes.
