As an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EBS solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications that align with Oracle EBS capabilities. Your expertise in Oracle EBS modules and business processes will be instrumental in delivering successful implementations and driving business value for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:




  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements related to Oracle EBS implementation projects. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.




  2. Solution Design: Design Oracle EBS solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices. Configure Oracle EBS modules to support business processes and customize functionalities as needed.




  3. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Ensure successful deployment of Oracle EBS solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.




  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and conduct system testing to validate Oracle EBS configurations and customizations. Collaborate with clients to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or defects identified during testing.




  5. Training and Support: Provide end-user training on Oracle EBS functionalities and processes. Create user documentation and training materials to support knowledge transfer. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.




  6. Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with Oracle EBS implementations. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth transition to new business processes.




  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to existing Oracle EBS configurations.




Qualifications:



  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. 5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a functional consulting capacity.

  3. Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain Management (OM, PO, INV), Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

  4. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in areas supported by Oracle EBS.

  5. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

  7. Certifications in Oracle EBS modules or related technologies are a plus.

  8. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
