Description:
*Onsite 5 days a week in John's Creek, GA*

Our client has retained our services in order to find them the PERFECT software engineer for their team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Rate:

Undergraduate (no professional experience): $60-70k/ year w2

Mid-level (2-4 years of experience): $70-90k/ year w2

Senior level (5+ years of experience): $90k+/ year w2

Responsibilities:
  • Design super awesome state of the art software using tools like Unity / other game-related software(s) such as Godot, Unreal Engine / et cetera (our team uses a lot of C# / SQL), WE use our own tools, which we're happy to teach - below is a sample of what you'll do
  • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, designers, and other programmers to make clear effective and performant code
  • Integrate various models into the software and solve any bugs which impact a strong stable release
  • Work alongside others who aim to design "games" for consumers in a highly regulated industry
  • Problem solve when you need to, perform analytical studies and constantly seek to raise the bar in regards to written / oracle communications

Experience Requirements:
  • Strong C# / .NET experience in Agile development environments, strong abilities with SOLID design
  • Someone passionate about gaming (I.E. video games, board games, card games, ANYTHING designed for entertainment, whether single player (I.E. Pacman / gaming in Casinos) or multi-player
  • First round is a video call, second is a take home assignment, final round you get to meet the entire team for a panel in person (confidential area near Atlanta, will be revealed by Eliassen Group)
  • *** MUST *** BE WILLING TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE (this supports very classified R&D initiatives, we ONLY work on site, this way we can enjoy our home life, and also balance the needs of our role to ensure our competitors / adversaries in our field never best us)

Education Requirements:
Bachelors in Computer Science (or equivalent experience, such as an Associates and a Software Bootcamp, or anything in Engineering that's given you great skills with data structures, algorithms, and general computer science knowledge)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
