Nightwing is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an internally developed, mission-critical application. This application serves as an integral part of Nightwing's operations, enabling process automation, resource management, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in modern web and cloud technologies, a strong DevOps mindset, and collaborative problem-solving skills to improve functionality, scalability, and performance in alignment with Nightwing's organizational goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build, maintain, and enhance Nightwing's internal web application using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and other web technologies.
• Design and implement automation tools and workflows using GitLab CI/CD, and container technologies like Docker.
• Administer and optimize GitLab (self-hosted) instances, including SSO/SAML integration, backup/restore, and secure configurations.
• Develop scalable cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, ECS/ECR, and more to support application stability and performance.
• Ensure efficient database design and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other supported platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine business processes, and align technical solutions with Nightwing's operational needs.
• Lead testing processes, perform full regression testing, and design automation test cases using tools such as Selenium.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure or application-related issues through detailed analysis.
• Triage, debug, and resolve end-user reported issues, providing Tier 2 technical support for Nightwing's internal application.
• Document workflows, processes, and platform changes for traceability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of applicable experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills, including working with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Proven Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as Jira for tracking development cycles and user stories.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and monitoring frameworks for system performance analysis (e.g., CloudWatch logs).
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable web applications, write clean code, and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Working knowledge of container orchestration tools or frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
